Last Minute Bookings & Cancellations

Policy for Last Minute Bookings: 

• Once we reach daily capacity of 20 dogs we can no longer accept a last minute board for that day. 

• Please check the calendar if its not blocked off or fully booked you are welcomed to book last minute. 

• Be sure to check out our pick up & drop off services add on. 

• We understand life changes! We will stay flexible to best meet your needs! Please inform us 12 hours prior if you are no longer coming or if you are no longer needing pick up or drop off services so that we can ensure we keep a spot open for others! Failure to notify may result in additional fees.

• We are here to serve you and your family, please communicate to us on how we can best do that. 

• Check website for updates and changes - Currently under construction to ensure we best serve you and your family!
